📅 7-Day Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • 📦 You received a damaged item.

  • ❌ You received the wrong product.

  • ⚠️ The product is defective or not working upon arrival.

To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

  • If approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Region Trends will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

  • For any non-approved return requests, shipping charges are non-refundable.
